El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

The Mesa Verde Tiny House

Welcome to the Mesa Verde Tiny House! it’s a cozy, thoughtfully crafted space with a queen loft bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and an open living area with a fold-out futon. Enjoy incredible views of Sleeping Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. The main sleeping area is the queen bed in the loft. A 3rd guest is possible using the futon, but it’s best for short stays, as it is less comfortable. Loft access requires climbing a tall ladder. This is a true tiny house, simple & full of character. .

Deerhaven guest Cottage is approximately 1200 square feet and consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen/dining area with a great room and private patio. Grizzly Rose Guest Cottage consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining area with a wrap-around veranda. The Bears Den Studio Apartment consists of a great room, convenience kitchen, walk-in bathroom and private parking and patio.

We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
