Nicely updated town home has it all! It is a spacious 1382 sqft, 2BR, & 2.5BA. The space is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Private beach access is yours. Take a short 1/2 block stroll to the sand, racetrack, or Cedros Ave. Short distance to shops, music venues, breweries, top rated restaurants, bicycle/surfboard rentals, Amtrak, and more. Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.
