This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. This compact and cosy 2 bedroom unit on the beach side of the road has everything you could need for a quick getaway or extended holiday to explore the many attractions the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

Ballara #8 Boathouse

Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Only 12 steps over the road is Cosy Corner beach & seconds away are wonderful restaurants, coffee shops & Torquay's main street. Our lovely loft is tucked away from the bustle, the perfect, quiet retreat for couples or singles to relax in.With a super comfy bed, sofa, TV, dining table & balcony to relax on, all is set for a romantic break or just a little getaway. Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs living & fully-equipped kitchen. Reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. Webber BBQ in rear courtyard. Outside shower to rinse off after your beach visit. Local Torquay shops, restaurants, bars and cafes 5 min drive. Children's playground with flying fox 1 minute walk.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
