It features a queen bedroom with split heating/cooling system, ensuite bathroom, kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge and microwave and a newly landscaped private outside courtyard. Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Mark is an artist & has embellished home & garden with his work. Fee is a masseus with treatment room upstairs. Please contact Fee if you would like to prebook a massage.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, wifi. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Self-contained studio apartment with private entry, handy to Deakin and the Epworth hospital. Very spacious and quiet. Safe, off-street parking directly in front of the studio. Close to the Barwon River for a morning run or sunset stroll. Minutes to Highton Village & Pakington St for boutique shopping and dining. Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Not suitable for children or pets.

Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
