The Nut House

The Nut House is a one of a kind large Acorn suspended up amongst the trees. While staying in the worlds largest acorn you will be fully immersed in nature. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the birds and see clear creek flowing by. Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

Abilene Lake Cabin, Outside of Town

Update: Due to drought over the past several months, our lake is experiencing extremely low water level. It’s still a great little place to stay, but we do not have a full lake at this time! Sleep well on the murphy bed w/queen memory foam mattress. Also a queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen w/essentials, Keurig, coffee, bottled water, snacks. Bring your groceries to store in the fridge during your stay. Stove/micro. Towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer. Iron. RokuTV plus 11more channels. WiFi. Clean&tidy!

Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
