Dawn’s apartment was a perfect stay to get out of the city but still not too far from Lincoln. She always responded in a timely manner. Very clean space.

As advertised and very flexible.

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. Apt was welcoming, relaxing and well laid out. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again.

This worked out for a few days in Watertown… very conveniently located to anything you might need. Being on the first floor it was easy enough for coming and going in an apartment building. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Can definitely recommend for those that need the 3 bedrooms like we did.

Was a perfect overnight stop on our trip from the Dallas area to Colorado. Carson provided great instructions on how to find the loft space, which was clean and very comfortable. Watch out for pigeons roosting in the balcony!

You’ve found a good one here! Great price, awesome location on main, attractions walkable distance, Irish pub open till 2 am! Security was weird, and had trouble finding the right door. KEEP IN MIND YOU NEED TO MEET WITH THE HOST TO ENTER ELEVATOR AND TO ENTER THE BUILDING AFTER 8! Otherwise, gorgeous views from the balcony, no noise complaints, all around perfect spot. Can’t really ask for more for the price.

We were in town for a minor surgery so spent most of our time in the home. We appreciated the multiple living spaces (main floor & basement), including the deck. Kitchen was well stocked. King bed had a very think foam pad on it, we found the bed to be very comfortable without the pad. Also appreciated the large closet, extra space in the bathroom with double sink, and the cozy recliner in the master bedroom. All in all it was the perfect place to make ourselves comfortable for a little recovery. Also was in a very quiet neighborhood and had a nice walking path nearby. Finally, loved that there was a garage space to park in. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

This home was perfect for our family. Upon arrival we were very impressed with how comfortable we felt in the space. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the towels smelled great! Our family of 4 definitely recommends this home. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house felt just like home and was very welcoming and comfy. The added alarm system made you feel very safe and at ease. They had all the things you would need and then some. The space was large enough for a large group and the 3 bathrooms were an added plus. The only downside was the low water pressure in some of the bathrooms but other than that we would definitely stay again.

A nice house with plenty of room, nice yard and attached garage access. Our stay was great with everything as advertised.

The house was great for my family & friends for the weekend. The ample amount of space, beds, & amenities was perfect & the cost extremely reasonable!! Staying in a hotel is cool, but paying the same or less for a fully furnished house with personal accommodations & personal care is where it's at. Brad was early in his entry instructions & gave us the complete rundown thru the app, messaging, & the welcome book in the house. Everything was extremely clean & my kids felt right at home from the time we got there until the moment we headed back home. You'll love staying here!

We got this Airbnb since we had an early church service the next morning, and it ended up being perfect for us. It’s just a block from our church, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful, and the house was exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and felt like home. We’ll definitely be back!

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

INCREDIBLE! I rent a lot of vacation rentals, and this was among the best. The loft apartment was impeccably clean. We were a group of five moms on a girl's weekend. Every member in our party went on and on about how amazing this place was all weekend. It smelled amazing, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen had everything we needed to prep food and more, it had plenty of room for us to hang out all together in the living room with everyone being comfy, and it was beautifuly decorated. It was warm and welcoming, and we didn't want to leave! It was so close to the Silos - such an easy, quick little walk. We loved the cute little bookstore/coffee shop, Fabled, downstairs as well. The management company was very friendly and top notch. We all said we would definitely be back! Amazing!

This property was perfect for a sister weekend getaway from Dallas. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location made walking to restaurants, the Silos and a cool bookstore very convenient. The listing exactly depicts the details of the condo. One of my favorite features was the powerful ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The place was very clean and inviting. I would recommend this property and would book again if I planned to visit Waco again.

My teenagers and I always love staying at Ashley's. It's clean and roomy and just a walk away from the family we come to visit annually.

A comfortable, modern apartment in a cool historic building. The apartment is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a grocery store. Easy to get to and to get around Lincoln from here.
