Keep it simple at this peaceful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom centrally located casita. Private access/no doors leading to main house for added privacy. Queen bed plus a pull away cot available Just 40mins to Zion NP. 5mins to Quail Lake & 20mins Sand Hollow Lake. Just 16 mins to St George. In the winter months we have a great skiing resort called Brian Head 1.5 hours away. Polaris Rzr available to rent. TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave/coffee pot. No pets. No smoking

The Ardella Cottage - Family retreat near Zion NP

The Ardella Cottage is an oasis near Zion National Park. The Cottage is an experience, not just a house. The entire home has been completely renovated with a nod to its heritage and sentimental touches and surprises to discover throughout. It has all of the charm you'd want from an historic cottage, with every modern convenience! With nearly 3000 sq ft and an acre of property there is plenty of space to get away from it all. Fully furnished with lots of extras. You are going to love being here!

Rambler style, newer, clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom home. It has an open kitchen, dining & living room area for the whole crew to hang out. Enjoy the game room in the garage with foosball, ping pong & shuffleboard. Walking sticks. Fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking, including salt, pepper & oil. We're taking extra cleaning measures to keep you and your group safe. Located only 20 miles to Zion National Park. It’s close to so many amazing things to explore and enjoy.

You, your family, and friends will be close to everything So Utah has to offer in this comfortable home. Explore Zions NP only 15 miles away. Bryce Canyon is an easy day trip. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are just minutes away. Numerous recreation, including Snow Canyon in scenic St George, just 30 minutes away. This home is close to miles of world class mountain biking, off road trails, golf courses, and restaurants. The options are endless at this centrally-located home.

Almost to Zion’s Private Resort

Nice Custom built home with PICKLEBALL COURT, HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT and PUTTING GREEN!! Private location on the biggest lot in the neighborhood. Next to a trailhead, Tons of parking!!! Safe, clean and Kids will love the pool table and ping pong. The 4 rooms are large and the common space is very spacious, 3 king beds in each room with own smart tv’s and 4 queen size sofa beds 2 in the Living room 2 in the extra living room W/extra kictchen and bathroom.
