Zion's Hilltop Hideaway Luxury/Private/Hot Tub

Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

A private room with double french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the Virgin river from the hot tub! 20 mins from Zion and close to St George area. Great for solo, friends or couples. Bed is comfy and has an en-suite private bath. Hot tub is shared with other guests and shares a wall with the host living space.

Renovated in 2024! we listened to the feedback and put in a kitchen! 4 burner stove, full size dishwasher, coffee maker and supplies for your basic cooking needs. This almost 1300 sq ft walkout basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 8 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!
