Enjoy your own peaceful oasis a short five minute drive or fifteen minute walk to the beautiful Hervey Bay beaches and a short five minute walk to shopping and convenience stores. We have bikes to borrow and can help with any requests.

Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range.
