(Licence No 16752 ACC) Nice furnished studio (adjoining the hosts' house) of 50.8 m2 located in the north-west of the island in a very quiet and secure residential area. Port Louis, the Capital is 9 kms from the location. The guests can also enjoy time in the saltwater swimming pool, found in the backyard, which is shared with the hosts and their family. There are two supermarkets and two hotels nearby. Local food is also available in the neighbourhood. Licensed by The Tourism Authority.

Penthouse close to the beaches and the capital

My accommodation is close to Port Louis, capital of Mauritius Island (10 mins) and 20 mins Northern Beaches (Grand Baie, Trou aux Biches), 10 mns of the Botanical Garden "Grapefruit". The sea 100m to enjoy the sunset. All conveniences: supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger. Public transport and taxis in housing. An experience at the heart of the lives of the inhabitants which differs from tourist environments. Ideally located for the business world, students and shopping in the capital.
