Great place and a very nice and responsive host. The apartment has everything one might need and the instructions were very accurate and helpful. Thank you very much for your hospitality and specially for the cookies :)

Appartamento eccezionale! Più grande di quello che ci aspettavamo guardando le foto. Letti comodi. Buono spazio per 4 persone considerando quello che si può trovare a Tokyo. L'host è stato di una gentilezza incredibile e molto disponibile. Risponde ai messaggi con tempistiche immediate ed è stato attento a tutti i particolari e a soddisfare in tutte le nostre richieste, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli anticipatamente rispetto all'orario previsto dal checkin (che è stato rapido e semplice). Quando ho chiesto informazioni in merito alla presenza in casa di detersivo per la lavatrice ha avuto la gentilezza di portarci alcuni campioncini il giorno successivo anche se non previsto da quanto offriva la casa. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, vicinissima alle stazioni metro (rispettivamente 2 minuti e 10 minuti) , in una zona tranquilla ma ricca di servizi e ristoranti buonissimi, che l'host ha avuto la cura di suggerirci. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

The location is very strategic—just around 10 minutes from the nearby station and also close to the beach! The owner was very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back if I get another chance.

We were two families(4 adults and 4 kids) and we stayed a total of 5nights at this property. i would like to say that we were truly satisfied with what we experienced. the host Jkp was always available for any queries. even at late night he replied to messages and he has maintained the apartment really well. For those who comes from middle east and some other countries for the first time, may feel that the rooms are small but beleive me, hotel rooms are no better. It is easily walkable to train stations and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I can totally recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a decent and affordable stay in tokyo. you just have to walk like 8-10mins to the station and in 15 mins, you are at the centre of tokyo. We stayed here twice during our Japan trip- when we arrived and when we left. This place was great for us to settle before going to the airport. Just as described: it’s very easy to locate near the Shisui station and only 2 stops away from the Narita Airport. Very comfortable and get at home. We highly recommend. Thank you!

It was a really nice stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful so I was able to get good nights of sleep! And Yoshiko came to get at the station and even accompanied me at the post office to help me with a package! Really great location+ really good host 100% recommend ( And the rice bread was really good )

Mokoto's loft was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was close to train stations making it convenient stay. Thank you for everything!

A comfy place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s bigger than it looks in the photographs. Koenji is a great place to stay. Tomomasa was always there if needed and went out of their way to help. I’d stay here again. Highly recommended.
