交通很方便，入住簡單明瞭，唯一要注意的是熱水供應有限，但我與友人（兩位）是四月底入住，氣溫宜人，沒有熱水不夠用的困擾～也許冬天多人入住會需要留意一下，此外沒有什麼問題。 有洗衣機非常方便！

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had an issue with my car and Taishi kindly helped me call the rental company. The road leading to the house was narrow, I drove a Nissan Kicks and it just fit the space. But it is convenient and about a 15 min walk to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen garden. The house is comfortable, and had 2 separate rooms. Which made it a nice home for my family (3 pax to stay). The house did have an issue with electrical tripping. But I suspect that was the power grid getting overwhelmed because of the snowstorm. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and the space given!

We had a very lovely stay. The place was easy to find, perfect for our needs (a group of four people), super clean. It was perfect. Thank you for a very lovely stay.

I only stayed here for one night, neede a place on the fly when I changed my plans. I will be saving this room, it was so comfortable and it was in a great location. I was solo traveling but if you have two people the bathroom is big enough to get ready in (won’t feel cramped). Right above a good sandwich place. Saved the sandwich for the next day to cover breakfast before I started my day trip. Overall really a great place in a busy location (Near Nishiki Market).

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。

Buen servicio, y muy buena recepción

La ubicación estaba super cómoda, hay un seven a unas 3 cuadras y hacíamos unos 7 min caminando a la estación, y de camino hay mini súper y una cafetería frente a la estación que estaba super rica, además el edificio es bonito y la habitación muy agradable. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme ahí!

I can recommend this appartement with any doubt. It's a bit outside of Kyoto Downtown but right next to the JR train station (10 min walk) is a big mall which offers everything you need in the morning or evening when coming home. Everthing was very clean and well organized. I enjoyed the more minimalistic approach without missing anything during my stay.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Quiet and private resident just outside of city center. Helpful and responsive host.

From the first, our hosts were helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The location was walkable and conveniently located to shops and transportation making it an ideal place to explore not only Nagoya but surrounding areas and cities. As soon as we opened the door to their condo it felt like home, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this as a perfect place to stay while visiting Nagoya.

La experiencia muy bien, la ubicación está a 5 minutos de la estación central de Kioto, hay varios combinis alrededor y multitud de restaurantes. Líneas de bus, metro y todo lo necesario. El personal de recepción muy amable . 100% recomendable.

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

Great location! It's easy to walk to many temples as well as Nishiki Market. Nice apartment. The kitchen is really basic, though, just one burner. The only food provisions provided are coffee and tea packets. It was pretty quiet. We used the washer/dryer (laundry soap provided). The clothes come out cold and a bit damp, so we hung them up various places in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had such an amazing stay here. The room is large and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and communicated well. Definitely recommend:)

We absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, spacious room. Super comfy mattress. So beautifully designed. Felt very clean and cozy. Perfect for our little family. Easy access around town via the bus. Most bus routes are between 4-12 minutes walk from the Airbnb. Metro is close too, but it’s easiest to get around Kyoto by bus.

Spacious apartment with comfy 2 person beds. Kitchen with facilities, and a nice living section. The bathroom was very big, with washing machine and had all needed amenities. The ground floor has a washroom with larger washing machines and dryers. Books in the lobby and a shared kitchen, all looking clean and inviting. The hotel is easy to reach from the station and within walking distance of a small convenience store, many restaurants, a huge temple complex and a Japanese garden. Busstop is around the corner to reach all major destinations in Kyoto.

This place is close to everything you want to do in Kyoto including using the trains and bus. Restaurant below was a favorite. We also found Eggs and Things which we loved for 9:00 breakfast.

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.
