River facing expansive decking, proximity to boat ramp combined with lock up yard to accommodate vehicles & river toys. Settled behind the main street it is central to the town. It has easy access to golf courses and has a media room for use.

Lockhaven is situated on a quiet street in Mulwala, minutes walk from beautiful Lake Mulwala. Renovated and landscaped, Lockhaven sleeps up to 5 people. Comprising two bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and the second a double bunk bed with a single on top. Open plan living, dining and kitchen with outdoor living areas. Enjoy the outdoors on one of the decks or around the fire pit and eat fresh vegetables from the garden. Adequate parking with an undercover carport for two vehicles or boat/s.

The surrounds are peaceful, with an abundance of native wildlife. The working farm has Scottish Highland Cattle, horses, sheep and dogs. There are extensive walking and bike trails, out the back gate and along the bush tracks you will find numerous sandbars, swimming and boating spots along the Murray River.
