The see-thru fireplace, the triple head shower, the wrap around porch, the finer touches, the quality linens and towels, the dead end road - just take your pick on what will touch your fancy. This is a Don Gardner one of a kind custom design and we believe you won't want to leave! We are 1.5 miles to downtown Blue Ridge & 1.5 miles to Lake Blue Ridge.

This two-bedroom, two-full-bath cabin that sleeps six has a master bedroom on the main floor, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed, making it perfect for a getaway with the kids. The main living room has access to the porch. Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room and enjoy a Blue Ridge!

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

6 Ponds Farm Guesthouse

6 Ponds Farm is a woman-owned 30 acre homestead surrounded by forests. 6 ponds and organically grown medicinal herbs, including 100 blueberries, make this farm a beautiful retreat. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.
