A minutos de San Juan y el aeropuerto todo queda cerca y accesible,tiene garaje privado y es una casa super fresca Y eco amigable ya que tenemos placas solares y nunca tendrás problemas con la luz electrica Nuestro espacio tiene dos habitaciones extra airbnb en la parte de atrás de la casa con entrada independiente que funciona perfectamente si tu familia es mucho mas grande . La casa esta cerca de restaurantes bares y farmacias

BLESSED SEA HOUSE. 5 minutes to Beach. Metro Area.

Relax in the Metropolitan area, 7 guests sleeping on the beds in the Bedrooms,and 2 guests to sleep very comfortable on a couch in the living room. Peaceful place equipped with brand-new beds on all the rooms, all rooms new AC. Remodeled Bathrooms/Kitchen. Brand-new 55" HD TV with Amazon, & Disney+Plus. 5 minutes on vehicle to Punta Salinas Beach. 10 minute from Ferry station/Cataño town for going to Historical Old San Juan. Also, restaurant and Bakery's within 4 minutes, 2-Bicycles on site.

Amazing Property with Pool and Water Views!

Beautiful house on a large rustic property. Modern yet practical; very homey and relaxing. Enjoy stunning views and sunsets from a very spacious yard and pool. A great spot for a romantic getaway or for small families that are looking for a peaceful relaxing stay. Perfect for photo shooting. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots of local food and fine dining. Take ferry or drive to Old San Juan, and main attractions. 20 min from Airport. This place has the best of all worlds.
