This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Parna’s Comfortable tradiontal house in riverside

Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden. We serves home-cooked Megrelian food.

The peak "Ushba" is unrecognizable and picturesque, the sight of which will amaze you every single day. You will also be amazed by the views of town Mestia with mystical ancient towers. The cottage has a closed and open terrace,with a great view,a large yard, and it is surrounded by a forest.

An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

Village Pari is located 34 km before Mestia. Cottage has a large yard, nature and beautiful views. Marked road passes near the cottage. We offer tours both in the village and in different areas of Svaneti. With the tours you can visit beautiful nature, lakes, ancient churches, traditions revived by locals. You can order a single, two or three-course meal. We have horses that you can hire. We believe you will be pleased to stay in Pari Paradise.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly eco-villa. Villa Natanebi has been recently restored to its former glory. In the garden you can enjoy all the local fruits depending on season (tangerine, wallnuts, nuts, kiwi, apples, pears, grapes, lemons, guyava, peaches, figs, plums etc). You can also enjoy HEATED POOL all year. We are located 13 km from the famous magnetic sand beach, 48 km from Batumi and 87 km from Kutaisi AIRPORT.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

The area is regularly treated for insects, but as it’s surrounded by pristine forest, you may occasionally notice a fly or small bug — part of the true mountain experience.
