The rental is very clean and the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t stay inside much, there’s a lot to do within an hour of where the rental is located. Definitely worth the money, it’s a cute little room 🙂 easy parking and easy check in!

Great spot right in the heart of Wellsboro! Comfortable and quiet, close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Very Comfortable, nice beds, kitchen was well stocked and had extra little essentials to use, like coffee and cream and butter, filtered water in fridge and ice ready to go! Responded promptly to a question I had. Nice full-size tub and shower. TV was easy to use. I stayed alone but I could really see being there with a group and I loved the front porch and chairs. Very close to main area of Wellsboro and stocked with lots of information on things to do in the area.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. This place is a gem. Wish we could have stayed longer. Shelley was excellent communicating about her place. Enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table and listening to the flocks of birds seeking shelter in the wonderful hedgerow. Would stay here again if seeking a place in the region.

Great stay at Nicholas’ place. It was the perfect weekend getaway. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Wellsboro or within a 2-min drive!

It’s an older home but clean and quiet! We were in town for a race so didn’t have much time to relax but enjoyed a quick nap on the couch! The mattress in the main bedroom was amazing, very comfy!

Wonderful apartment in downtown Elkland. In an area with no hotels it was the perfect place for our visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

We come to the area often for different reasons. The location is perfect if you are going to Wellsboro, PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek etc. Our favorite local restaurant/ice cream/grocer is about a mile away.. that is Martins Pantry. We were up for the live Nativity at Three Springs Ministries which coincided with Dickens Christmas in Wellsboro. This apartment is perfectly located to attend.

indiscutiblemente tal cual se veia en la descripcion, muy relajante y con una Paz incredible, y con opciones en el pueblo para cuando quisieramos salir a conocer mas. las manzanas del arbor del frente son riquisimas 😆 indiscutiblemente el lugar se presta para todas las familiar, grandes y pequeños y hasta los que tirnen sus mascotas aunque nosotros no llevamos los nuestros. cabe destacar que tuvimos varios climas, llegamos con buen sol, y aprovechamos para dar una caminata, luego usamos el BBQ 😋el proximo dia estuvo lluvioso y nos tomamos un rico chocolate caliete mientras la lluvia caia, y en la noche fuimos al pueblo por helado y pizza, definitivamente el lugar se presta para hacer lo que mas te guste, nosotros lo disfrutamos al maximo y regresamos a nuestro hogar renovados luego de esa coneccion con la naturaleza.

We loved staying at the house! The view was amazing, and the night sky was filled with stars. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and there was plenty of light coming in. We enjoyed visiting the lake, the field with the yellow flowers, and the view. We recommend this place and would definitely come back. Charlie was fantastic with communication and accommodating our needs. We ended up staying one more night because it was so relaxing! The only thing to note is that finding the entrance can be a bit tricky the first time, so be sure to pay close attention.

The house is very new - not sure if the renovations were just completed, or if the house has not been rented much but everything inside was pretty much untouched. The overall design is usable and the bedrooms were spacious but well laid out. The kitchen and living room were great, we really liked the new applicances and the sofas were very comfortable. Huge TV in living room and the bedroom TVs were also large. Overall, we thought it was a very nice space. Only caveat is that there is no dining room/table so you have to use the large island. Limits seating to four, which was fine for the two of us and our dog.

We have stayed here before and it is always clean, easy to book and love the front porch! It is right next to the road so there is some road noise but other than that a very peaceful getaway and a great place to stay when we go home and visit mom❤️
