This place is exactly as described and it was perfect for our stay. The king bed in master was very comfortable but the twin was less so. It was a convenient location and we enjoyed our stay.

Honestly this was our best experience we have ever had at an Airbnb. Jerry and Blythe are amazing people and if you have the opportunity to stay in Tennessee I would stay here. The food was wonderful and the property is breathtaking. Our cow had plenty of space on their pasture. We now have so many memories of our time there.

Great home! Quiet! Very safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Comfy beds! Functional kitchen for cooking in. The restaurant that’s within walking distance was closed during our visit …but when it’s open, that’s a huge plus as it could cut down on travel. Just over an hour to Nashville… the lake was just coming back to life from the winter. Will definitely return! Great game room for kids to play! The basketball game was a hit!

Loved Caitlin’s property. It was the perfect fit for our family trip to the lake. The golf cart was helpful to get to the marina and enjoy the restaurant, though it was also an easy walk. We enjoyed the screened in porch and fully stocked accommodations. Will definitely be back soon!

This quaint little house is Estill Springs is perfect for a family or a few couples to get together and not be too in town but also close enough to anything you might need. Plenty of space and things to do from movies to games and the screened in porch out back is very nice to relax and listen to the sounds of nature! It’s close to family and we will likely be back in the future!

We loved this place! The porch was our favorite part. We spent all day sitting out there by the fireplace. It was a peaceful place. I am sure you will love it!

Beautiful home with high end finishes. Lots of space for all to sleep, hang out, play games, etc. One bedroom is open to the stairs that leads to the room with 6 beds so that bedroom has little privacy. (They did provide a foldable screen.) Industrial kitchen made meal times a cinch. We had 15 in our group and there were plenty of beds for everyone.
