Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking downtown Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. New 4 person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. NO TRAILERS!!

The Miner's Getaway in Lead, SD

This unique place has a style all its own. This house offers a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. There is much to see and do in this historic area and we offer a quiet, clean, and rustic environment to experience all of this in. Also, a reminder, Lead is a beautiful mountain town and parking is very limited. This little house is located a stone's throw away from Lead main street and we have a driveway for the home. We can accommodate 1 vehicle in the spot.

'Sweet Pea" Guest House to The Nest Property

Sweet Pea sits in the back yard of "The Nest Property". It’s the perfect way to start and end your days in the beautiful Black Hills. Awesome Location! A 3 min drive, Lyft or cab ride to downtown Deadwood or 1 min to Downtown Lead. Walk across the street to the grocery store, Liquor store, Slead Hauss restaurant. Centrally located in The Black Hills for all adventures. Just a minute drive to downtown Lead and the Mickelson Trails and ATV rentals are a few blocks away. It's a Sweet Escape.

Pool, deck, fire pit, and trampoline!!!

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.

Hot tub, walk to downtown & Spearfish Canyon!

The most unique home in Spearfish with the best location in town. The outside boasts interesting architecture and the inside has a unique style with all the comforts of home. This lovely home is just around the corner from Spearfish City Park with the creek, pickle ball and basketball courts. The bike path is there too which will take you all the way to Spearfish Canyon. Don’t forget the DC Booth fish hatchery and local breweries and restaurants all close by.
