Conveniently located near North Berkeley dining and shopping, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, SLMath Institute, Greek Theater, UC Berkeley Campus, and nature. We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! First floor of single family home. 5 minutes from UC Berkeley, famous gourmet ghetto with Chez Panisse and Cheeseboard down the hill, and open space in Tilden Park with dozens of trails to hike and explore. Public transportation to downtown Berkeley and BART to SF right outside the door. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. All the amenities of home.

Private garden guest room with separate entrance in North berkeley hills. Close to UC, LBL, Tilden park. Bus to BART or Uber to anywhere in the Bay Area. Safe and quiet location. Garden and patio. The private room has a double bed which is slightly shorter and more narrow than a queen size bed. We offer a mini fridge and complementary coffee. No kitchen access. The room , bath and entry are entirely private. It is not a stand alone cottage and you will hear some house noises. Thank you. 😊

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Please make sure to read through the description and ask us any questions prior to booking.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Relax in the heart of North Berkeley, only blocks away from UC Berkeley and easy access to the greater Bay area. Our modern, light-filled apartment at garden level includes a spacious main living and kitchen space, and a large bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. We have have Hepa filters in the apartment to ensure cleanliness and maximize environmental safety.

Chill in the Hills-lil Berkeley Apt

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. Your guest quarters are located inside the same structure as our private exercise space.
