From a hot shower to a pillow top bed for a good nights rest! Bedrooms are upstairs loft style separated by a wall but no door. A kitchen to make meals and a living room to read a book, watch tv or a movie. NO HUNTING Lots of land to walk and enjoy nature. Or just let your pet or kids play. Private from neighbours.

Located just off Trans-Canada Hwy. Short walk to Lake Superior Marina or local grocery store. (Saunders foodland operating hrs Mon-Sat 9a to 6p, closed Sundays) Only 15 min away from Nipigon. Complete main floor living w/fully equipped kitchen, 2 bdrms, living/dining rm and 4 piece bath. All family fur babies welcome. Also available to out of town workers. Tons of beautiful nature trails to explore near by. Please be aware there are 2 golden doodles living in the basement w/owner

Cozy 2 bedroom home with fenced yard & deck

This is a modern, spacious, private home with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs & a 1/2 bath on main floor. Upstairs bathroom has a large tub perfect for relaxation as well as a walk-in shower. This well-equipped home is in a fantastic neighborhood with parks & grocery shopping nearby & only a few minute drive from the airport. Home also has a large fenced in backyard (perfect for dogs) with a deck & patio furniture. There is a basement, but it is a concrete unfinished basement.
