Desirable area close to downtown Port Arthur district. Parks, Entertainment, Local shops, Grocery stores, Casino & Marina all in walking distance to this historical area of Thunder Bay. Very short drive to University, Hospital, Golf course & Intercity Mall/Thunder Center.

This newly renovated home is very close to Lakehead University, Regional Hospital, Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, downtown and there is a playground right across the street.
