My house sits in one of the most scenic spots along the shore of the St. Lawrence River, looking out on the 1,000 Islands and International Channel beyond. The water is just a stone's throw from the house. Perfect for those who like to spend time on the water whether it be in a motorboat, kayak, paddle board, on water-skis, etc. You can do it all right here. Or you can watch it all happening from a 180 Degree screened in porch. There are decks at the front and back . The floor plan is open

The Appleton Chalet

This peaceful chalet is just a stone’s throw to the St. Lawrence University campus and the Appleton Ice Arena and athletic complex. Park and never have to get in your car again to access all things St. Lawrence. There is one queen bed, one king bed, and two daybeds that turn into kings, making the space great for families visiting the beautiful North Country or parents in town for St. Lawrence activities. Once you visit, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else in Canton.
