This home was purchased by my great-grandparents in 1940, and my husband and I still live in the apartment upstairs! The interior of Heritage House is an eclectic mix of design elements from the past eight decades, an homage to the previous generations of my family who called this space home. The decor may be vintage, but guests can expect to enjoy the best of modern amenities!

Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your entrance and plenty of parking.

Our family lives in the other half of the house with a 6-year old yellow lab; she is very friendly but may get excited and bark when entering or exiting. The apartment has a private entrance, living areas and bathroom with no shared spaces.
