great host and great place very nice and clean

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben und besonders das Lichtkonzept hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation war super und das Welcome Book mit den Tipps für die Umgebung und allen wichtigen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

My family and I had a great Easter vacation. Linda was extremely helpful and thoughtful thought out our stay. anything we needed she was right there. it felt just like home and looked exactly like the pics. Very welcoming area that was close to literally everywhere I needed to be. The refurbishment of the house did wonders and felt super modern with the appliances. Will book here again next time I’m in town.

Always an excellent stay at Barbara and Tommy’s. So quiet and relaxing. Quitman is just a quiet little southern town with a small town charm. Their place fits here perfectly and they are such gracious hosts. This apartment is perfect for single business travelers and couples. Highly recommend.

Older home but very well kept. Owner very responsive and followed up. Served our purpose for a short stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed the house and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The back deck was great for coffee in the morning. We enjoyed exploring the town and the house was walkable to a community park.

Proactive and quick response to stay request. The home was exactly as pictured and described. Centrally located to all sides of town and very clean. Well worth the cost. I would highly recommend and stay again!

Sugar house was very good and accommodating for what we needed. Backyard is huge, the kids loved it. We had a couple of issues but he made sure they got fixed. I would definitely recommend this place.

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, and parking is right in front of entrance. It is a convenient location to FSU (especially the Stadium) as well as FAMU and the Florida Capitol. The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and had everything you would need from an umbrella to spices, condiments and coffee. They really go the extra mile to make this a great place to visit.

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
