Two houses, each cottage has 50m2 + attic (sleeping floor) 20m2. Those houses consist of: - two bedrooms, one with two 80cm wide beds and the other with one 140cm wide bed, - kitchenette, - dining room, - bathroom with shower The cottage is designed for max 4 people. Price for bed linen will be added to this price €20 per person Bed linen set included: pillow with case, duvet with case, sheet and towels. Those cottages are excellent all year round, well insulated and heated with geothermal water

Our cottage was built in 2019 and was ready for furnishing in October 2019. The whole house, interior and houseware is generally of high quality. The living room has a cosy sofa and a 65” tv screen. All beds are high quality with down comforters for every guest. There are two bathrooms, where one of the bathrooms also serves as a laundry room, and an indoor hottub with view over Akureyri. the outside storage room you have space for your outdoor equipment. Ytri Vík cottages are located by the Troll peninsula The location and its views are breathtaking and perfect for mountain skiers during the winter time, and for couples or bigger groups all year around. Would you like to relax in the hot tub, listen to the wild bird life and see the whales jumping around just a few meters from the shore in the summer time or enjoy the northern lights while you soak in during other months of the year. The house is a small house(60 sqm), few km away from Lake Myvatn and Grjotagja Cave (road 860). It is located in a beautiful landscape of lava and birch trees. The house has two bedrooms, both with double beds(1x1,53m and 1x1,40m), wc with shower, kitchen, living room with a sofa-bed(one person). A large patio with a bbq and outdoor furniture. It is the perfect place to enjoy what the Lake Myvatn area has to offer as well as the North East part of Iceland.

The house has 6 bedrooms with two 160 cm beds, three 140 cm beds and one 130 cm bed. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two washing machines in the house and two dryers. There is a small stream in front of the house, and the house is located in a beautiful valley with a river. It takes 30 minutes to go to Húsavík, Myvatn, Dimmuborgir and it is 40 minutes drive to Akureyri. 10 people can stay in the house.
