Beautiful, open spacious home with essential power for basic amenities during load shedding. The home is good for couples and families(kids) where you can enjoy swimming on Bollard Bay. We are on the lagoon front in Belvidere Estate's quiet and safe surroundings. The apartment is self catering with lounge, dining area,small kitchen and bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower .The local pub, The Bell is just a short stroll away as well as popular Oakleaf bistro serving delicious healthy meals , cakes and coffee. Step out the gate and take a walk around the lagoon to the jetty and Belvidere village or just relax on your private patio and enjoy the view.
