You’re going to love this location! Only a 5 minute walk to the Broadway area, fantastic pubs & restaurants, clothing stores & access to the river trails. Walk or bike a short distance to the University & downtown. The house is fully stocked with pots & pans, spices, games & cozy blankets for watching movies! In warmer months you’re welcome to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a sunny deck! NOTE: Pets welcome but not on the beds or furniture. The house is 100 yrs old so floors are creaky!

Stunning Place close to Airport

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place . During your stay you'll enjoy the full upstairs unit. This unit has a completely independent door from the basement suite and the two units don't connect internally at all providing absolute privacy. This suite is within a bungalow in a charming neighbourhood with great access to amenities. An outdoor pool is two blocks away and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful park is also minutes away. For students, Saskatchewan PolyTech is a ten minute walk. Very centralize location for getting around Saskatoon .
