Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Our lovely craftsman home is located five minutes drive from the beach, UBC, and a five minute walk to forest trails in Pacific Spirit Park. Walk to a wide range of good restaurants and other amenities. Self contained private studio guest suite has garden level private entrance, queen size very comfy bed, cable tv, sitting, lounging area. Point Grey Modern Comfort

Our cozy character home with the taste of modern interior is located in the heart of beautiful West Point Grey. We are one block from 10th Ave shops, bus lines, and a 5-minute bus ride to UBC. We are 20 minutes from Jericho Beach. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

Welcome! Our place comes with plenty of natural light, a private entrance and a yard view. Best if you’re: > Visiting UBC (< 10 min driving, buses available); > Have a flight to catch and want a quiet place (15 min driving to YVR); > Driving (free parking). May NOT be suitable if you are: > Not driving and hope to enjoy hustle and bustle (our neighborhood is quiet & away from DT) > Planning to do lots of cooking (a simple food prep station is available)
