This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. Enjoy evenings on the back deck or around the firepit. Disc golf basket and discs are provided for your entertainment.
