Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Allow yourself to take in all of Burlington's best at this centrally located one bedroom apartment just minutes from Church Street Marketplace, famously known for shopping, dining and the arts. Also, minutes from the University of Vermont, as well as Battery Park, which allows for breathtaking views of Lake Champlain. First floor entrance in a multi-family home. Downtown Apartment! This excellent location offers walkability to the Waterfront and Church St! The apartment is newly appointed and has all that you will need for your visit to our beautiful little city. The loft style bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. The skylights add sunshine and star gazing (No blackout shades) The kitchen and bathroom are roomy and sparkling clean. Overnight parking for one car and a back porch add to the charm.

Modern, newly constructed one bedroom apartment in the heart of Stowe Village. Private parking, lightning fast internet (fiber optic-75 up&down) and all the amenities you need for a mountain getaway. Perfectly situated near village restaurants and coffee shops, and the Mountain Road Shuttle (winter only). Pets are allowed but please do not leave your dog if you think they will bark while you are away. We have other units in the building!
