Welcome! This is a private guesthouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations are with a private entrance and parking space to make you feel at home. We are located near a major expressway. We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

Nestled in a safe neighborhood, it’s conveniently located near everything, including the expressway. Miami Beach is just a 25-minute drive away, the Dolphin Mall is a 10-minute drive, and the Florida Keys are a 45-minute drive. Fiu University is just a 5-minute drive away.Our backyard is shared with us,and a beautiful koi pond!

This is a gated property with secure parking for campers, boats, trailers, etc. The studio is totally renovated with the highest quality of materials. Fruit is available to guests when in season and there is usually something in season during the year. TESLA charging is available at parking area (guest must bring their TESLA charging cable). No children under 12 yrs. old.
