Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

The Catlins Sanctuary is a private and cosy 2 bedroom house. It is modest but comfortable. The property has magnificent lake & estuary views, where wildlife abounds. With 360' views of the lake, estuary & bush, this little piece of paradise is perfect for indoor/ outdoor living all year round. Located off the Southern scenic route 1.5 hours south of Dunedin, this is an excellent base from which to explore the natural wonderland of the Catlins.

Otago Peninsula Guesthouse

Close to the waters edge, our sunny and charming self-contained guesthouse can sleep up to 5 guests. The property is located in the small community of Broad Bay in the heart of the Otago Peninsula, a 20 min drive away from Dunedin and with easy access to all the Peninsula attractions. Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Friendly but not intrusive people, helpful house manager available.

St Clair Heights

Sunny 3 bedroom house located in a quiet residential area in St Clair. Lounge and dining room look out onto a scenic vista with deck and steps leading down to a private secluded garden setting with harbour views. House boasts modern décor with quality features throughout. Updated kitchen, new bathroom with 1 toilet. Extra toilet is available , however it is also accessed from the bathroom.

Glendale River View, Manapouri

My place is a self contained house with a fully fenced garden. Two minutes walk to the Doubtful Sound departure point and walking distance to lakefront, restaurants and shop. It has amazing river, mountain and bush views, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and leather lounge suite. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
