This place is brand new (completed July 2017) located in Dunedin's historic Warehouse precinct. It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. The decor is is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

Modern, compact apartment nestled within a historic building, industrial chic meets city-center convenience. Close to Princes Street and two blocks away from the Octagon, town hall, and casino, in the heart of Dunedin city. Plus, Dunedin Hospital and the University are within easy reach. Great places to eat nearby like Speights Ale House and Etrusco at the Savoy. Short taxi to Forsythe Barr stadium or around 30 minutes walking. Unlimited great quality broadband. Cycle storage available.

My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We are also pet friendly with our own Labrador Lucy

Ground floor Apartment at "Reel'm Inn"

Our Spacious apartment (on the ground floor of our home) has two bedrooms - one with a double bed the other a double and single. The bathroom is an en-suite off one of the bedrooms. There is off street parking, a full kitchen, living area with Television (Freeview channels) and free WIFI. We are only a 5 minute walk to the many restaurants, shops and our beautiful lake. Our Apartment has a heater that heats the area up in no time and is operated on a timer for 3hrs at a time.

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

self contained standalone one bedroom apartment. Fresh contemporary styling, free wi-fi, Netflix, TV. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas hob and oven. Towels and linen provided. Mains pressure shower. Pet friendly, small fenced courtyard, directly opposite Doon St Park. Suitable for small dogs. 10 minute drive to City and St Clair. Probably more suitable for guests with a car although there is a bus route nearby. Located in quiet street. Abundant on street parking.

Small from the outside, this unit packs a punch with functionality and is ready to impress. Spacious double bedroom (which can be set up with either a Super King bed, or 2x King Singles) with built in wardrobes and bathroom with 2 points of entry. The kitchen, living and dining space is fully equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm and unwind for the evening. My place is a great option for travellers wanting to explore everything Dunedin has to offer. It is close to the Otago Peninsular, public transport, parks, cafe, medical centre, takeaway food, hairdresser. You’ll love my place because of the contemporary decor - newly renovated, the location - private and quiet, the ambiance, the outdoors space and sunny aspect. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!
