We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. You'll experience the beauty of nature, the antics of our goats, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks, and quail, and the charm of downtown Newberg. Our secluded neighborhood offers the perfect area for walking, running, or bike riding, and the wineries of Dundee are so close! Be warned that we live on the edge of the forest. Owls, deer, raccoons, squirrels, possums, and foxes frequent our yard.

McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!
