Lake House in Averill Park, NY (age 30+ excl kids)

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

Relax lakefront with the whole family at this peaceful, private seasonal retreat. Expansive double lot lakefront with 125’ of direct waterfront and steps into lake. Fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Daydream in the large custom outdoor shower overlooking the lake with private changing area. The Lake House...close to Saratoga Springs, hiking

The Lake House is located on beautiful Lake Desolation.... the house has an amazing view and lake access with a shared dock and small beach area.... We have two kayaks that my guests can use. House has brand new beds and bedding, tv and WiFi, gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a walk out deck with an amazing view of the water. Sleeps 10 people.
