Our family stayed here for a mini getaway. There's loads to due near this property (within a ten minute drive) for kids and adults alike. The rain spoiled some of our outside plans which was more than OK with us because Dillon's place was so CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, well maintained/cared for, and roomy. We stayed in and BBQ'ed on the provided gas grill, built a fire in the provided fire pit, and roasted marshmallows/s'mores (provided by the wonderful host as well). We went to the Blueberry Hill restaurant for breakfast (one of many suggestions in Dillon's well put together guidebook) and the food was FABULOUS! Great job Dillon! You're the epitome of hospitality! We look forward to another stay!

One of the BEST Airbnbs I've had the pleasure to stay at! 🏠🧡 I booked it last minute & Pamela was so sweet, very responsive and accomodating. The home looks exactly like the pics: beautifully decorated, comfy, VERY clean and with all of the essentials needed to have a perfect stay. The task of reviewing Bosun's Crack is challenging. Not because we didn't enjoy ourselves— but because whatever review that we submit will appear as pedestrian riff-raff from the hoi polloi, compared to Julian's ebulliently hospitable guide that he very much proactively shared with us several days before our arrival— featuring a comprehensive overview of Kingston's most trafficked trading posts, which definitely made our stay much more enjoyable that it would have been otherwise! We'll elaborate. From the Jacques-Louis David shower curtain and the certifiably delightful towel dryer in the bathroom, to the Passolini prints and plentiful picks of pasta— the attention to details were both fantastical and bucolic. Our dog loved the nookish alcove and may have annoyed the friendly cat upstairs, but we couldn't tell! Don't stay here, because we would prefer to keep this place clandestine for those who truly will appreciate the experience. But stay here, because it's eclectically lovely.

This place was our home for 3 months. Moving from AZ to NY was challenging, and Marin's AirBnB gave us time to fully settle. The place has everything we needed, the block is quiet and peaceful. Ashley (neighbor/ tenant upstairs) is absolutely amazing. She made an already good experience, and made it a great one. We specially want to thank her for her warm welcome.

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

One of the best things about this place is the excellent amenities and smooth communication with the host. From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtfully prepared—from the detailed guidebook to the spotless, well-kept environment. It really showed care and consideration. The only potential downside is that the location is a bit away from the city center, so having a car is necessary. That might not be a real disadvantage, especially if you're looking to explore, but you will need to plan for transportation. I stayed here with my family of four, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We loved this beautifully decorated home. When we arrived the wood-burning stove and hot tub were already on! It was a very welcoming environment and very close to great barrington, MA and Hudson, NY. We would love to come back and spend either a winter or summer holiday here.

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a musician, the jam space was wonderful and fostered a lot of creativity!

We had a great time. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. Lot’s of thoughtful details, high quality furnishing and very spacious. Julian was easy to communicate with and you can tell he is a host that cares greatly about providing a great experience and environment.

Diana and Will's home was lovely, clean, cozy and perfect for our two families. We loved the location, private but close to the adorable town of Woodstock where we were able to eat some delicious meals. The location was also close to spectacular hiking! Diana and Will communicated to make sure we were comfortable. We would absolutely come back! Thank you!

My friends and I had a great weekend here! The host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The house is just a short drive from grocery stores and the City of Hudson. Highly recommended!

I had a magical 30th birthday weekend with a group of friends. The house is stunning and provides more than enough spaces for gathering and sleeping. We loved sitting on the front porch, relaxing by the wood burning stove, having dinner party at the huge dining room table, and star gazing on the pristine property. The house is even better than we imagined from the pictures. It is close to Hudson, Catskills, and wonderful hiking - making for the perfect fall escape from the city. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I must say that Peri's home is simply perfect, simply beautiful and simply peaceful. Everything in the home was just as described in the listing, refrigerator worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the communication with Peri was truly top notch. My family and I had a great time here, that we are already thinking of when to go back. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.
