Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, newly renovated, beachfront condo. Bright one bedroom 65 sq. meter, large living room with open concept kitchen and one bathroom. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and mountains from its 25 sq. meter balconies. This unique beachfront property is on the second floor (no elevator) and sleeps up to 6 people. One double bed, + 2 large couches that convert to double beds. Located close to Nea Iraklitsa restaurants and 2 large grocery stores.

50m from the beach "Iolys Apartment"

Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Παληού. Άμεση πρόσβαση σε οργανωμένη παραλία , μόλις στα 50 μ.. Βρίσκεται σε ήρεμη τοποθεσια κοντά στο κέντρο της Καβάλας αλλά και σε παραθαλάσσιες τουριστικές περιοχές . Διαθέτει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ ακριβώς κάτω από την πολυκατοικία . Βρίσκεται στα 400μ από μαγαζί με πρωινό - καφέ αλλά και σε γνωστές ταβέρνες της περιοχής στα 200 μ . Υπάρχει μικρό “minimarket” σε 1,2 χλμ αλλά και γνωστή αλυσίδα supermarket στα 4,9 χλμ από το σπίτι . @iolys.apartmemnt

Διαμέρισμα 55τμ, 2ου ορόφου με ασανσέρ, γωνιακό, στον πεζόδρομο της Νέας Ηρακλείτσας, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Με θέα στον κόλπο της Νέας Ηρακλείτσας (βραβείο Γαλάζια Σημαία) και στο γραφικό λιμανάκι όπου το καλοκαίρι δένουν σκάφη αναψυχής. Για κολύμπι δεν θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο, μόνο πετσέτα! 350μ από σούπερ μάρκετ Μασούτη και 1χλ από σούπερ μάρκετ Lidl. 5χλ από τη γνωστή παραλία των Αμμολόφων με τη χαρακτηριστική ψιλή άμμο. 15χλ δυτικά της Καβάλας.

Modern seafront apartment (45m2) with large balconies that literally "touch" the sea. Enjoy unique sea views, amazing sunsets and a cozy sandy beach. Bright and tastefully decorated interiors with one separate bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable living space with modular sofa bed that becomes a proper double or two single beds. Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset.
