New house with private Pool and big terrace

The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and still ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and great views of the mountains. WiFi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. A hospitable tavern, bakery and supermarket are close by. Happy to provide insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων από το κατάλυμα (στην κεντρική πλατεία) βρίσκεται η μοναδική στάση λεωφορείου και η πιάτσα ταξί καθώς επίσης και οι φημισμένες ταβέρνες, mini market, φαρμακείο και φούρνος. Balconies on Sea - The White Apartment

Modern seafront apartment (45m2) with large balconies that literally "touch" the sea. Enjoy unique sea views, amazing sunsets and a cozy sandy beach. Bright and tastefully decorated interiors with one separate bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable living space with modular sofa bed that becomes a proper double or two single beds. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests.

Sunshine

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset. The sunset will fade but the memories will last forever! ☀️

GOLDEN VIEW VILLA - 1

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
