Beautiful beach house in Glyfoneri bay, Thasos

A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. Το Porto Nuovo Studio 2 βρίσκεται στον λιμένα θασου στον 1ο όροφο με μπαλκόνι μόλις 50 μέτρα από το νέο λιμάνι, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του λιμένα και από την παραλία! Εχει ελεύθερο παρκινγκ γύρω. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα υπάρχει φούρνος και απέχει 2 λεπτά από τα supermarkets Lidl, Μασούτης. Το Studio αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο με διπλό κρεβατι και καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβατι.Έχει κουζινάκι με κεραμική εστία και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο! Διαθέτει TV 32” με Wi-Fi Netflix , YouTube.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

Το krystallia’s back yard house είναι ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα με κρυφή αυλή μέσα στο δάσος. Βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Ποτάμιας (Θάσος). Πλήρης ανακαινισμένος χώρος με φιλική ατμόσφαιρα. Η όμορφη κρυφη αυλη μας μπορεί να φιλοξενησει τα ζεστα βραδια του καλοκαιριου σας. Μόλις 50m απο το ορειβατικό μονοπάτι για το βουνό του νησιού, σε αποσταση 3' απο τη θάλασσα (με αυτοκίνητο). Einzigartige Villa mit großer Terrasse und privaten Swimmingpool mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Perfekte Lage im ruhigen Olivenhain unweit der Golden Beach unter dem Berdorf Potamia, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist stets vor Ort als Ansprechpartner erreichbar und gibt gerne seine besten Insidertipps weiter.
