To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Close to the most famous beaches of Keramoti, shops are within walking distance and just 300 meters from the ferry pier. It is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child and has a double bed and a children's sofa bed, air conditioning, smart TV, kitchenette with all cooking essentials.

Downtown Apartment

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
