Had a great stay, the location was the key factor, situated at the heart of Bandra. The rooms were clean and cozy.

It was a 1bhk with a great garden view, just as shown in the photos. The space was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. It’s away from the city’s hustle and bustle, offering a calm atmosphere and a nice walking area for evening strolls. Swiggy and Zomato were easily available, which made meals super convenient. They had badminton and many other games which was really thoughtful and personalized notes in every room. Kabir, the host, was responsive and kept me updated throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A couple of small suggestions: having a few more kitchen utensils and a desk for working would be a great addition. Overall, a wonderful stay!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was clean and exactly as described. Mani was incredibly welcoming, attentive making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. Amenities were thoughtful and made my families stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a great host.

Amazing location. Modular kitchen was a must for us with a toddler. Clean home. Best and very trustworthy house help and building staff mega mega helpful. We loved every second of our month long stay here. Super quick response and resolution to every issue. Parrots and the building cats made my little boys morning. Stone throw away from Joggers park (there are ducks a major win win for us). Carter road is like hop skip and jump simply incredible (soooo many exciting things happen there daily). Construction work going on around but if you have the windows closed no problem at all. Virginia was so easily approachable. We had a delay with our flight and she was mega kind with a late check out. Thank you so much Virginia for sharing your beautiful apartment with us all. Until next time we are sure to rebook for our next visit. Worth every penny.

If u are looking for for something simple yet calm n peaceful then this is the place. Serene surroundings and well kept place. Host was very helpful and thoughtful. She made sure my stay was comfortable specially that I was visiting from germany. Zomato and Swiggy was easily available I would definitely recommend this property and the host for future guest

We visited the place in December 2024 on a weekend. The place is well maintained. has lots of trees and a beautiful garden around it. The care taker makes really amazing food . Do try out his barbecue chicken. Overall loved it and find it good for a family outing.

The house and space is beautiful, well kept and surrounded by huge garden and sea facing as well. My family and pets had a good chill time and loved the space. Awas Beach is walkable and minute away. Over all the place has good and safe vibe. The host was gracious to provide is clear directions prior so was easy to find as well. Def would recommend for all looking for chill and relax place while enjoying the sea view.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

This was my second trip to this apartment. Stay was comfy and cozy. High class cleanliness is maintained across all rooms in the flat. Check in was absolutely smooth and crispy. Major OTT subscriptions are in place. I would surely love to visit this place again. Thank you Kiran for the incredible hosting offered to us. Cheers.

I had the absolute best stay with her! She made sure I am welcome, comfortable, felt right at home and gave me many recommendations on what to do and see in the area. The apartment is small but perfect for a solo traveler as me. It has everything needed and has by far the most comfortable atmosphere. Bed is cozy and view is really sweet. I stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer if I had the time. I wouldn’t recommend any other place!! (:

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

My family had a very comfortable stay at Zoeys Kharghar. The house was exactly like the pictures and the description available online. It came with a fully functional kitchen in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. Mr Vikas, our host is a great guy. I really appreciate his quick responses and helpfulness. It was great connecting with him and would rebook his place in future too.

Had an absolutely delightful time staying here. It's a beautifully laid out apartment with everything you need in easy reach. Nice views of the sea from the balcony! Hosts were always responsive and ready to assist. This is my second time here, and it's always a joy to stay with them.
