Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

MaMà si trova in una palazzina tranquilla, comoda ai numerosi servizi offerti da questo comune (bar, pizzeria,sushi, panetteria, fermata bus raggiungibili a piedi). Vigliano è una zona strategica per scoprire il Biellese, un territorio che meraviglia con le sue montagne, i borghi medievali e castelli. Nelle vicinanze, si trovano Villa La Malpenga, Villa Era e Ricetto di Candelo. Non lontano si possono visitare siti di interesse, come il Piazzo, il parco La Burcina e il Santuario d'Oropa.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Sala che può essere usata come camera da letto perché dotata di letto matrimoniale a scomparsa. Bagno con doccia. Lavatrice con asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. Parcheggio libero, distanza 500 MT da Città Studi, 3km dall' ospedale, Parco della Burcina e centro Biella. Condominio tranquillo.

Il rifugio sui tetti, Camandona

Graziosa dimora situata in un piccolo paesino a 800mt di altitudine, immersi nella natura, lontani dalla frenesia della città e dalla vita caotica di tutti i giorni. La posizione della casa consente di percorrere il sentiero dell'Alpe che conduce all'Oasi Zegna. L'abitazione è composta da tre piani ed è stata completamente ristrutturata mantenendo, in parte, lo stile tipico della zona. Infine, di fronte alla casa è presente un parcheggio gratuito e facilmente accessibile!

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

Flowers & veggies near Milan &Turin

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
