Newly listed 2 bedrooms unit on the 3rd Floor with beautiful lake/garden and partial sea views. Nicely furnished and comes with high speed internet (300mbps) and full channels cable TV. Coway water system, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and cooking equipment also provided. Full access to the Mini water park and other facilities at the building. Access to the beach is via secure entrance at the back of the building.
