This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.

Just a 13 mile drive from Walmart and other convenient shopping, get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Glamping!! You can camp with power, air conditioning, Tempur-pedic double bed, refrigerator, and lights with a Porta potty all in one location. On road parking and just a hop skip and jump from three Island Park!!There is NO running water, however guests are supplied with 5 gallons of purified water.
