The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Sayle Point House is conveniently located in central Eleuthera 10 minutes from governors airport and 30 minutes from north Eleuthera airport. It is a 8 year old home and located on 5 acres of land directly on a semi private beach, swimming and snorkeling cove with its own cay, equipped with 2 kyacks. UPDATE: We're now fully Solar so no more common outages like the others. We also just added Starlink Internet. Surf Cottage is a unique rental experience where you'll find a spectacular beach at the end of an exotic trail and the cottage situated right in the jungle in rural Eleuthera. Welcome to the Lil Red House your very own little piece of paradise. This beachfront home is literally footsteps from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. The property is unique in that it has its own natural salt water pool carved out in front of the home where you can snorkel from the home to beautiful coral reefs just a few hundred feet away. The home itself is the definition of "open concept" with a very large living room and kitchen that keep the ocean the focal point.
