Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

There are two docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. A BBQ is included.

The cottage is on the water - 30 ft away., Summer stays are great!, vey limited opens so TRY Spring and Fall. Situated on the eastern shores of Commanda Lake with a shallow sandy walk out beach. There is a private dock out front of the cottage.
