Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The Airbnb was extremely clean, cozy, and we loved the mountain views from the hot tub. Jonathan was great to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

I wish I could move in. This place is great and is RIGHT by Garden of the Gods. It's a top floor penthouse with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak mountain right out the window. No photoshop here, the view is amazing. It also has a nice deck where you can soak in the Colorado sun. If you're an out of towner like us, 50-60 degrees in Colorado at that elevation feels so toasty and you will enjoy the sun. The place is great, comfortable, and has everything you would need -- utensils in the kitchen, sufficient towels and even an incredible GAME ROOM with basketball that made the kids go crazy. All in all, I loved it and it exceeded expectations. I was very blessed to find this place and know why it is frequently booked.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Good location for walking downtown area and can catch the free shuttle that goes through town and to cog railroad/incline about a block away. The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bunk beds in the 2nd bdrm which is great for families. Has one free parking spot too. Absolutely wonderful!!

So glad we booked this house. Everything was perfect. Amazing view of Pike's Peak in a cozy, warm home. We enjoyed all of it! Spacious, clean and had all the things. Thank you for being a wonderful host and for allowing us to be at "home" away from home. Look forward to our next visit!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house and property were even more perfect and luxurious in person than the beautiful photos we fell in love with. So much care and attention to detail has been placed into caring for the home and making it a perfect place for guests to feel comfortable. Extremely clean, cozy and had everything we could ever need and more during our stay! Would highly recommend and would love to come back again!

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

Great place to stay. It didn’t take long for us to feel like if we were at home as the house was very clean and provided everything that you need when you’re away from home. We will definitely be staying at the same place during our next visit.

This fit my families accommodation perfectly and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was within 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I loved getting to stay at Brandon's Place! Beautiful view of Pikes Peak! Enjoyed the fireplace inside and wrap-around porches! We saw an amazing sunset the night we visited! The house was spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Brandon was very responsive and easy to communicate with! He seemed genuinely available to help and to share knowledge of the area! We had a great time!

Very nice, very clean place w a great yard for the dogs. Hot tub was a bonus, and the hammocks were a hit too. Thanks for the nice stay!

We loved this beautiful little getaway in the mountains. Saw several deer grazing around the house, and we had a great view of the stars at night. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. I will say there isn’t a ton in the way of restaurants or things to do in the area besides nature activities. The restaurants that are there are pretty good though, and of course being in Colorado the nature is great too. In short, if you’re looking for a relaxing country getaway and not wanting to do a ton, this place is exactly what you want. But not so much if you’re wanting to spend cram your days full of new experiences. 10/10 would stay again.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The condo is spacious, the host reaponded promptly when i reached out. My only "complaint" is the satin sheets. It made sleeping hot, however there was a fan that was useful and being able to open the sliding door in the bedroom was helpful as well. This is a perfect, beautiful condo for a nice get away in Colorado Springs. I would definitely book it again!

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our own meals. I am happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. Clear instructions were given for check in and check out, making it unnecessary to contact our host after checking in. We had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and as was the temperature in the apartment during our stay. The thermostat was easy to adjust as needed. Great price for the location and comforts!

Pam was so sweet and friendly. She reached out to me the day before to welcome me and give me instructions. She made it easy to check in and reassured if I had any questions to just call her. Upon arrival she was doing laundry and welcomed us in. Her husband was also very kind and made sure our parking was accommodated since we had little ones. They were both so nice and made us feel comfortable. The location was also great. We loved seeing the deer cruise in by.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

This place is exactly as pictured - cozy with lots of charm. Beds were very comfy & the rental was clean. Parked on street right out front. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to great restaurants, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou cliff dwellings, etc. Zoey was very quick to respond to any questions we had or offer suggestions. We enjoyed our 2 night stay & would stay again.

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

Loved staying in Zoey’s home! I had hurt my ankle the previous day ruining a lot of my hiking plans and she was kind enough to let me check in early allowing the rest of my party to go hike and me rest. The place itself was lovely and private despite being underneath another Airbnb. We never saw anyone else. We could hear movement upstairs so I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! It was centrally located and very easy to find if you pay attention to the very detailed notes left by Zoey. I would stay here again. Thanks Zoey!
