The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with air fryer, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.

The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
