A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

This Lovely 2/1 home is minutes from the I-5 freeway located in Corning CA. Come stay for a night or extended period of time. Dog friendly too! Enjoy the many things Corning has to offer-Rolling Hills Casino, Sacramento River for fishing, only 6 min away! This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home. There will be a fine of $500 if violated.

Built in 1948 this block home offers some charming details, built-ins in dining room and a lovely fireplace in the living room. Walk next door to one of our favorite local coffee shops or cross the street to enjoy a burger and fries. Easy freeway access.
